Mesembryanhtemum crystallinum

Herbaceous plant that stands out for being densely covered with large crystalline capsules. It is also known as ice plant. Glacial phyroid leaves from 1 cm to 3 cm are rounded at the apex and have wavy edges.

Ice Plant RiaFresh® is visually very attractive, the taste is intense, crisp, releasing a large amount of water with a marine brake. It brings to the dishes a very refreshing element, so it is preferable to use in cold dishes.
