Sea Fingers

Disphyma crassifolium

Sea Fingers have a prostrate shape, with leaves located on the stem in opposite disposition or in groups of two or three, characteristically in the form of slightly rounded triangular pyramids. The flowers are purple or pink.

Sea Fingers feature a crunchy texture, followed by an explosion
watery, slightly bitter in the mouth and some residual astringency.

Properties

RiaFresh® Sea Fingers are rich in protein, fiber, vitamin B6 and
chromium. Contains ß-carotene and lutein.
