Sea rocket owes its name to the shape of its leaves, with very pronounced cutouts, rounded, like rocket, but much fleshier. It belongs to the family of mustards with an intense flavor, notes of horseradish, with evident bitterness.

Sea Rocket RiaFresh® is an ingredient of careful use due to the peculiarity of its palate, its use with meat is suggested.
