Herbaceous plant that stands out for its very promising crystalline capsules. The leaves of glacial lettuce from 4 cm up to 10 cm are thick and with wavy edges. Visually appealing, the mouth is very fleshy and velvety.

Glacial Lettuce RiaFresh® has an intense flavor, releasing a large amount of water with a marine brake. It is preferred to use on cold plates or as a basis for various compositions. Natural oysters on Glacier Lettuce RiaFresh® are a delight.
